This is an email consultation to create a customized Yoni Steam protocol to bring your menstrual cycle into balance, support your reproductive health and support your body’s needs.
The menstrual cycle can be evaluated as a 6th vital sign and gives valuable insight into imbalances you may be dealing with in your body. I will create a yoni steam protocol for you to heal these imbalances and optimize your menstrual cycle health.
To get started, you will receive a downloadable link to a questionnaire. This questionnaire is created to get a better overview of your menstrual cycle and reproductive health. I will then use your answers to tailor a steam protocol to your individual needs.

This is an email consultation to create a customized Yoni Steam plan for labor preparation and postpartum. I will also be available for virtual assistance as needed as you implement this protocol.
I recommend you book this session at 36 weeks pregnant so that you are ready to steam from 37 weeks of pregnancy until about 30 days postpartum.
This steam plan will include:
- A screening for sensitivities or contraindications to steaming
- An herbal blend recommendation best suited for your body in both a pre-natal and post-natal state.
- A comprehensive steam schedule to support your body in labor preparation and postpartum healing
- Additional recommendations to support your body
