If you don't have an official steam setup, it is totally possible to start steaming without one. You just need to get creative! Check out this video to see some DIY ideas. Let me know if you think of other ways!
Use any pot from your kitchen. Stainless steel or ceramic work well. Ceramic is great because it retains heat very well. Avoid non-stick cookware.
Prepare your herbs in the pot according to the instructions on the back of your herbal blend.
You can also find how to prepare your herbs here.
After you have your hot water and herbs ready for steaming, take a towel and wrap it around your pot. This will help retain the heat and also prevent the pot from accidentally burning your legs.
Simply kneel over the pot. It's good to wear a floor length skirt or wrap a blanket around your waist to help funnel the steam and retain heat.
If you'd like you can rest your elbows on the floor in front of you. This can take the pressure off your legs, and potentially make the steam session more relaxing. Again, I recommend a skirt that reaches the floor to trap the steam.
Switch positions as necessary to stay comfortable during your steam session. I recommend these options be for short term us as they require more effort and may take away from the relaxing benefits.
